How long does an order made online take to reach me?

All the orders are usually dispatched within the initial 24-48 hours and end up taking three to five working days depending on the location. Once you have placed your order you will get an estimated timeframe.

Can I speed up the delivery date on my order?

We can manage this in some cases. To find out if it is possible for the order placed by you, please email us on support@zotails.com

What if I do not receive my order even after 5 days?

In case your order has not been delivered within 5 days then you must call on the customer care number available on the website. An executive will look into your order details and let know what necessary steps are to be taken to expedite the delivery procedure. 

However, please note that delivery may take time if there are any unavoidable circumstances. 

How many days does it take an order to be delivered?

After you have made your purchased on Zotails.com, it should take 24-48 hours to be delivered at your door steps. You can track your order once your order is placed which will make it easier for you to keep an eye. 

What are delivery charges?

There are no shipping charges if you place an order above Rs.499.

Rs.50 shipping charges will be applicable to all the orders below Rs.499.

How will I get my refund when I cancel an order?

Once your order has been cancelled the refund amount will be credited back to the source account within 3-5 working days.

How many payment methods are available on Zotails?

Zotails is currently undergoing widening of its operations and working to diversify the online payment options. Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only payment option that is currently available for our online customers.

The brand is soon going to offer various payment options to its online customers including Debit Cards, Credit Cards, Net Banking, and other mobile wallets like Paytm, Gpay, Mobikwik, etc.

When can I cancel my order?

Make sure you cancel your order before it has been shipped.

What if I receive damaged goods / expired products?

Our executives keep a close eye on the inventory and make sure that we do not store or ship items that have past their expiration date or damaged. If any destruction has occurred during the transportation, please feel free to contact us.

What are “ZOpoints”?

The reward points that you earn while shopping with Zotails.com are known as Zopoints. You can use these Zopoints to get a discount on the order you placed.

 

How can I use Zopoints?

Once you have collected Zopoints with Zotails, you can use them while checking out after you have added some items in your cart. You will be able to witness an option of “use Zopoints” before you choose the payment method. After you hit on the option to use your Zopoints you will see the discount applied to your shopping bag. 

How does Zopoints work?

With every order that you place on ZOTAILS, you will earn ZoPoints which is Re 1 on every purchase of Rs 100. The points that you earn will be automatically credited into your account once the order is delivered.

50% zopoints can be used at a time. Rest of the points will be added, which can be used in the next purchase. Make sure cart value should be more than Zopoints.

 

When will the return product be picked up?

The product will be picked anywhere between 3-5 business days once the request is created.

When will I get the refund?

Refund will be initiated after the item is received and it passes the quality check.

Refund time depends on the mode of Payment:

Online Refund- 7 to 10 Business days.

Zowallet– Amount will be adding in 3-5 Business Days.

I still haven’t got my refund? Why?

If we have sent the confirmation on the approval of your refund, you will definitely get your refund. Sometimes, we face the technical difficulties that can delay payment transfers. If the wait seems too long, contact us for Support at Customersupport@zotails.com

How can I cancel my Order?

Here’s how to cancel your order:

Login to your account and go to My Account.

Select the reason and confirm the Cancellation.

  • Click on cancel order for the item(s) you want to cancel individually.

  • Once you are done, we will send you an acknowledgement of the cancellation.

Can I cancel only part of my order?

Yes, you can. You can individually cancel products in your bag before it is shipped.

How Can I add money into ZoWallet?

Refunds to ZoWallet: You may take refunds of returned items if cash amount has been made.

Why has my return request been declined?

This may have happened, if the item you returned is used, damaged or original tags are missing. In the event that the return request is declined, the user shall not be eligible for a refund, and Zotails assumes no liability in this regard. For more details, please call our customer care.

How do I check balance in my ZoWallet?

You need to Sign-in your Account on the website and go to My Accounts. There, in the ZoWallet tab, you will be able to see the ZoWallet Balance.

Can I redeem ZoWallet to Cash?

You may not redeem for Cash. ZoWallet is also not allowed to be transferred to Bank, wallets or the user’s accounts.

What happens if I return the Items which I have bought with ZoWallet?

The refund amount of these returned items will be added to your ZoWallet.

Can I decide to not pay through ZoWallet, even though I might have an amount available?

If you have ZoWallet balance, then it is up to you to use it, however if ZoWallet  is being used then the order value will first be taken from ZoWallet and the remaining order value, if any, shall be paid by other available online payment method.

What are the benefits of taking refund to ZoWallet?

    Faster Check-out by using Zowallet.

  1. Don’t wait for refunds to source which take (0-7+ days) and use money to buy other products immediately after return refund.

How do I check the current status of my order?

You can check the status of your order or any other related information by visiting the “MY Orders” section. You can instantly see the status of your specific order or all your past orders.

Are there any cancellation charges?

There are no separate charges for cancelling the order.

Will shipping charges be refunded if I cancel the order?

If the complete order is cancelled, shipping charges will be refunded. However, in case of part order cancellation, shipping charges will not be refunded.

What if I used coupon codes or gift card or Zopoints and I have to cancel my order?

Coupon codes can be used for one-time only and will be treated as used even if the order is cancelled.

If the Zopoints have been used for an order, the same will be credited back to your account in the case of cancellation.

And, if you have used a gift card amount, the same will be credited back to your gift card in case of cancellation.

How do I return an item purchased on Zotails?

Follow the following steps:

a.Go to My Account

b. Click on My Orders

C. Click on Return and submit the request and reason for return of the product you would like to Return.

What items are non-returnable?

Food items, Shampoo & Conditioners are non-returnable due to hygiene and personal care/consumable nature of the product. However in case of expiry or damaged product, you will be eligible to an exchange or return the product and we will provide a full refund or free replacement as applicable.

Can I return part of my order?

Yes, you can return part of your item if you have ordered multiple items.
