At Zotails every pet parent’s problems are heard and resolved. We value your time and money and understand that you have made a wise decision by shopping from our online store.

Apparels and Accessories where size can be an issue can be returned. But our team does not refund any consumable or edible items such as Food Treats or Shampoos. Any issue in the product from our side is always welcomed to be resolved. If the product is damaged or already opened, please inform us ASAP, because we value the life of our furry and would be happy to help you! Send us a picture or video of the damaged product in the return option of our website within 3 business days and your return will be happily initiated.

Please make sure you pick the right products because we don’t want your furries to wait for their goodies any longer!

Note: Please ensure to choose the right product for your pet from our wide range of varieties of Toys. Toys for smaller Breeds are advised not to be used by larger Breeds. In case of damage of any product, return will not be initiated.

REFUND POLICY

Refund depends on the mode of Payment. Refund will be initiated after the item is received and it passes the quality check.

If COD, amount will be added to your Zowallet within 3-5 business days.

If Online, the amount will be refund in 7 to 10 Business days
